    A development for Midland Heart Housing Association of 16, two-bedroom three-person apartments for general needs rent situated on the fringe of Stourbridge town centre.

    Worcester, Worcestershire

    A rural development for Festival Housing Limited of 11 properties, nine houses and two bungalows for general needs rent. Our first development in Worcestershire awarded to Saxonby Group Ltd ahead of some of the region's largest housebuilders.

    The development was handed over on time and on budget with many positive comments from our client about the excellent standard of work.

    An urban development by Saxonby Group Ltd of 24, three bedroom houses for Sanctuary Group, one of the country’s largest housing associations. A technically challenging site located on Liverpool Road within an urban environment with considerable ground contamination that required an innovative remediation strategy.

    A Community Led development of ten affordable homes for Severnside Housing Association, where local stakeholders worked in partnership to deliver these properties.

    This project was strategically assembled by Saxonby Land & Planning Services and delivered a scheme fully compliant to Code for Sustainable Homes, Lifetimes Homes and Building for Life.

    A development of 12 houses, six apartments and two bungalows for Meres & Mosses Housing Association. 

    This project was strategically assembled and enabled by Saxonby Land & Planning Services and will be built by Saxonby Group Ltd. The new homes were completed ready for occupation in the Spring of 2016.

    A development of six houses located in Worcester for Fortis Living.

    This development will see the construction of six new homes and a new children's play area for the local community.

    A development of 14 houses and bungalows for Meres & Mosses Housing Association in Hodnet, north Shropshire.

    The partnership approach we have adopted with this project has enabled a previous Shropshire Council storage depot to be developed into affordable housing.

    Working in partnership with Festival Housing, Saxonby Group Ltd delivered ten new homes on four seperate sites within its existing stock.
